The Division 2 developer, Massive Entertainment, is continuing to refine and tweak the online offering for players, and the latest patch notes unveil an ongoing effort to fix some of The Division 2‘s most frustrating issues.
The most recent patch to drop on March 22 had co-op scaling firmly in its sights, and Massive says a second and final patch will be applied to iron out any issues there.

Regular maintenance will kickstart the rollout of Update 1.7, taking place from 9:30am – 12:30am CET on Thursday.
Massive says performance improvements in the update will help address frame rate drops players have been experiencing. The skills-cooldown issue — also addressed in the last on March 23 patch — will also be looked at.

As for the scaling issue, the first patch looked at NPC damage, whereas this latest update will focus on armor value that didn’t appropriately scale when teaming up with players of different ranks.
Check out the full patch notes for The Division 2‘s Update 1.7 below.
