Every WNBA player is fully integrated into MyTEAM’s feature set. That means identical attribute systems and badge functionality to their NBA counterparts. New commentary & broadcast integration

Remember Sunset Beach from NBA 2K15? It’s back and revamped as Triple Threat Park, complete with four competitive 3v3 courts, neon lighting at night, and a brand-new beachfront court. The venue’s layout supports both 1v1 and 6-player co-op matches, making it a lively hub all day long.

New 2v2 Mode
2v2 gameplay arrives for the first time in MyTEAM! You and a buddy control one card each on aggressive, fast-paced half-courts where every scored bucket keeps you on offense. It’s “make it, take it,” and it’s co-op chaos in the best way possible.

Daily win streak incentives are back: and expanded. Max out daily rewards, earn Streak Busters by breaking opponent streaks, and climb the Season Ladder for even greater end-of-season prizes. Winning feels better when there’s always something to earn.
All-Star Team-Up: 5v5 Multiplayer Returns
All-Star Team-Up returns inside MyTEAM, letting 10 players face off in co-op 5v5 matches. Each player picks five eligible NBA or WNBA cards, and selection order is based on REP. Wins unlock both individual and team-based rewards on their own season ladders.
King of the Court: Weekly $10,000 Prize Pool
King of the Court is back on Gen 9 platforms with serious stakes: $10,000 USD and 1 million VC to the top performers every weekend from September 12 through August 2. Players on PC and Nintendo Switch 2 can win 1 million VC as well.
Participation is easier than ever, with a full weekend window and expanded qualification via accumulated REP. Only your four best games are scored, and leaderboards lock in early to prevent last-minute yo-yoing. Oh, and just playing three games guarantees you a prize, win or lose.
The Gauntlet: Breakout Mode, Evolved
Breakout introduces The Gauntlet, a new mode where you can use each card just once per run. Progression increases in difficulty, and you’ll walk a linear path with high stakes. Complete in-game objectives to recover cards and extend your run toward elite rewards.
Good news for grinders: facing a “gatekeeper” team no longer ends your Breakout run. You just lose one of your three allocated rewards or losses. And new randomised mini-games like Ball Drops, Ascension picks, and Vaults have been added across the boards.
Single Player Salary Cap Mode
MyTEAM’s strategy heavy Salary Cap mode is now playable solo. Battle AI teams created by other community members under the same salary constraints. Best part? Same prize track as online. In higher difficulties, you may even progress faster.

Introducing the MyTEAM Arena, the new starting hub replacing NBA arenas on Gen 9. Think sunlight-streaked windows, skyline views, and walls stacked with your milestones: Level 40, Showdown Tiers, Player Card collections, and more.

Coach Development System
Say goodbye to stagnant sidelines. NBA 2K26 lets you upgrade Coach Cards using a five-category skill tree: Strategy, Leadership, Mentorship, Knowledge, and Team Management. Earn Coach Points through REP and Seasons, and unlock Badge Training Challenges that enhance players without needing traditional Badge Cards.
You can even run multiple Coach Cards within your staff. Your designated head coach grants unique in-game boosts, and any progress you make carries over if you switch coaches or categories.
Victory Cards and the Exchange
Every online win clinches you a Victory Card — a snapshot of your triumph with your opponent’s REP tier, date, scoreline, and mode. Collect them to unlock new rewards in The Exchange.
Also new: OVR-based Exchanges, Exchange Chains, and Exchange Groups, giving more value to spare Player Cards. Auction House integration now plays a role too, with REP expanding your storage options.
