Minecraft is the game that just keeps chugging along.
Always one to find new ways to keep the experience innovative and interesting, developer Mojang has teamed up with Bethesda to make the ultimate Minecraft add-on pack.
This new Fallout-themed DLC pack will see Minecraft get a massive post-apocalyptic makeover, in what is perhaps one of gaming’s most prominent big-name mash-ups.
It’ll set Minecraft players back around $6 USD, offering up 44 Fallout-themed skins.
The skins will be based on familiar and popular Fallout characters, including Dogmeat, Fawkes, Nick Valentine, and, of course, Vault Boy.
There will also be some slight aesthetic changes to the world, with fallout wastelands and mutated beasts roaming the land.
Expect to see plenty of ghouls and mutants across the lands as Minecraft turns into a true wasteland of wonder, waste and fear.
There’s more: the Capitol Building and Tenpenny Tower will also feature in the pack.
Throw in some slight changes to the UI to fit into the retro-futuristic setting of Fallout, and you have a skin pack that is very much worth the price of admission.
