Marin Money Bags
Location: Point Bonita and Kirby Cover
Money Bag 1: Use the RC Jumper to get the bag located in a drainage ditch near a bunker.
Money Bag 2: Head to the south shore under the Golden Gate Bridge. Approach from the south with a boat.
Location: Vista Point and Horseshoe Bay
Money Bag 1: Located close to the restrooms at Vista Point.
Money Bag 2: Look on the main dock.
Money Bag 3: Look for the underground level. The bag is underneath some boxes. Blow them up to get the cash.
Location: Sausalito and the Gates Houseboats
Money Bag 1: Head to the balcony of the home in the restricted area. Money is there.
Money Bag 2: It’s in the backyard of the home guarded by gang members.
Money Bag 3: Use a motorcycle to ride off the ramp to the end of the pier. Jump across to the opposite pier to find the money bag.
San Fransisco Money Bags
Location: Fort Point
Money Bag 1: Located in the southern tower of the Golden Gate Bridge.
Money Bag 2: You’ll need to head to the top of Fort Point. The bag is among some construction tools and materials.
Money Bag 3: Look for an outdoor basketball court. The bag is between two parked cars.
Money Bag 4: Head to the Hook Motion Pictures studio to find the bag on a patio balcony.
Money Bag 5: Look for a restricted park guarded by gang members. The bag is in this area.
Location: Fisherman’s Wharf
Money Bag 1: Head to the end of the main jetty. The bag is there.
Money Bag 2: You’ll eventually receive a research case. The money bag is right there when this occurs.
Money Bag 3: Head to the end of the dock to find two bags surrounded by gang members. Be vigilante.
Money Bag 4: Head into the restricted head to get the bag.
Money Bag 5: Look for an underground parking area guarded by gang members.
Money Bag 6: Look for a parking garage behind a fenced-off area. The bag is on the second level.
Location: Downtown San Fransisco
Money Bag 1: Search for a lower courtyard guarded heavily by gang members. Use the RC Jumper to jump onto plants along the eastern wall of the courtyard.
Money Bag 2: Search for a parking garage, with the bag located in a fenced off area at street level.
Money Bag 3: Search the streets and look for a backyard guarded by gang members.
Money Bag 4: Search for a construction area. The bag is located in a container.
Location: Coit Tower
Money Bag 1: Search for the WKZ Station building. The bag is on the building rooftop.
Money Bag 2: Search the rooftops. The bag is on one that is heavily guarded by gang members.
Money Bag 3: Look for a park. The bag is next to a tent.
Location: Nudle Park
Money Bag 1: Head to the second level of the Transbay Centre and look for the garage to find the bag.
Location: Mission Delores Park
Money Bag 1: Head to the roof of the police station. The bag is there and can be grabbed without drawing attention.
Money Bag 2: Head to the freeway and look for a construction area. The bag is on top of a construction worker office.
Location: San Bruno Mountain
Money Bag 1: Head to the southeastern corner of the compound. Jump onto the roof of the small building and head into the restricted area to find the bag.
Money Bag 2: The bag is located in a fenced area near a gas station.
Money Bag 3: Search for a drainage tunnel. The bag is in.
Location: Alcatraz
Money Bag 1: Head to the dock close to the restricted area to find the bag.
Money Bag 2: Look for a drainage pipe and swim into it from the ocean to collect the bag.
Location: Yerba Buena
Money Bag 1: You’ll get this bag during the very first mission of the game.
Money Bag 2: Look for a fenced area surrounded by guards. Use the Quadcopter to scope the area, and then use the RC Jumper from the northwest to gain access.
Silicon Valley Money Bags
Location: Crystal Spring
Money Bag 1: It’s inside a carport of a gas station.
Money Bag 2: Look for a locked garage at the New Dawn Temple complex. Use the east entrance to gain access.
Location: Palo Alto
Money Bag 1: Look for a building surrounded by police officers. The bag is inside the airducts of the building.
Money Bag 2: It’s locked behind a grate.
Money Bag 3: Look for an alley that is being guarded by gang members. You’ll need to improvise to get this as there are few entry points.
Money Bag 4: Look for a pawnshop. It’s in a duct on the roof of that building.

Money Bag 1: In the backyard being guarded by gang members.
Location: South Silicon Valley
Money Bag 1: The bag is located in the kitchen of Rhonda’s Restaurant
Location: Nudle and Galilei
Money Bag 1: Look for a home that’s under construction. The bag is in the basement.
