• How To Get: Be team’s highest rated player, play 60% or more of a team’s minutes per game

• Causes: Improves capacity to improve in big games

Wildcard

• Causes: Player can be very inconsistent: sometimes amazing, sometimes not so amazing

Spark Plug

• Causes: More likely to make a difference coming off the bench or out of a timeout
• How To Get: Average at least 7 ppg over 6 straight games

Enforcer

• Causes: Improves physicality of the player
• How To Get: Make 10 hard, non-flagrant fouls in one season

• Causes: Improves offense of entire team whenever the player is on the court
• How To Get: Average 5 assists per game over your player’s career, play at least 30 games in a career, and focus Playmaker discipline to reach Level 18.
