No further details have been shared just yet, but between his acrobatic flair and radar-driven detection, we’re expecting a hero who thrives in mid-range duels and excels at disrupting teams.
Cross-platform progression … sort of
Another exciting reveal from the Dev Vision episode is the introduction of limited cross-platform progression, starting with Season 4.5. For now, the feature isn’t fully fleshed out — players will be able to carry over their hero preferences and unlockable content across platforms, but there’s a catch.
There’s a brief cooldown if you want to switch or add accounts, and all ranked progress and leaderboard standings will remain platform-specific. A full rollout of cross-progression is slated for Season 5, so stay tuned if you’re grinding across more than one setup.
Massive team-up changes and new synergies
Season 4.5 isn’t just about heroes — it’s also shaking up how your characters team up on the battlefield. Two big existing synergies are getting an overhaul:
- Ragnarok Rebirth (Thor & Hela) is being removed.
- Gamma Charge is now exclusive to Hulk & Black Panther.
To balance the loss, two new team-up abilities are entering the mix:
- Bestial Hunt – A collaboration between Daredevil and The Punisher, this ability narrows the target’s vision. Think tactical blindness that’s perfect for turning a fight.
- Deep Wrath – Hela joins forces with Namor to create an AoE (area-of-effect) attack that hits multiple enemies. Expect chaos in clustered fights.
Spooky season skins incoming
