Marvel Rivals just cranked up the heat. As Season 3 rolls on, NetEase Games and Marvel Games have confirmed the arrival of two new limited-time summer swimsuit skins: Breezy Butterfly for Psylocke and Robe of Relaxation for Loki.
These seasonal cosmetics officially hit the in-game shop on July 17 at 7 PM PDT, giving fans a stylish reason to jump into the action.

Official Look: Breezy Butterfly & Robe of Relaxation
Psylocke’s Breezy Butterfly skin swaps her telekinetic edge for a fresh teal swimsuit and purple top, channeling retro anime vibes and bold summer flair. Loki’s Robe of Relaxation leans into his Asgardian mischief, sporting green swim trunks, a matching robe with golden accents, a wide-brimmed hat, and a golden dragon draped across his shoulders.
Both skins come loaded with vibrant details that push Marvel Rivals’ arcade style even further.
Season 3’s Controversial Team-Ups
Season 3 of Marvel Rivals is in full swing, with Jean Grey joining the roster as the Duelist Phoenix. A new team-up between Phoenix and Wolverine is already stirring debate, as it powers up Wolverine’s Feral Leap with flames and lifesteal, making him harder than ever to take down. Some players have voiced concerns that the Duelist role now feels unbalanced.
What’s Next: Season 3.5 & More Skins
Looking ahead, NetEase has confirmed a Season 3.5 update drops August 8, bringing Blade to the hero roster: a fan-favorite teased since the game’s early days.
The current roadmap also teases summer skins for Thor and Luna Snow, plus a Fantastic Four tie-in with new looks for Mister Fantastic, Invisible Woman, The Thing, and Human Torch. On July 25, a new team-up between Human Torch and The Thing will debut, expanding Marvel Rivals’ multiversal mashups even further.
Will These Skins Be Exclusive?
NetEase hasn’t shared pricing or whether you’ll be able to earn Breezy Butterfly and Robe of Relaxation through challenges. If previous alpha tests are any guide, players may see battle pass unlocks or exclusive shop purchases. Either way, they’re expected to be available only during the Season 3 window, so don’t miss out.
Chaos in Paradise
With its growing hero roster, destructible arenas, and Overwatch-inspired PvP battles, Marvel Rivals is staking its claim as the next big team-based shooter. And with summer vibes like this, there’s no shortage of style.
