This build creates a powerful, slashing scorer, with shades of Shawn Marion, DeMar DeRozan, and LeBron James. Want to dominate the NBA as an interior finished? Then this NBA 2K23 LeBron James Build is definitely the way to go!
First let’s look at his key physical attributes.

Decreasing wingspan to increase ball handling and certain physical attributes might still get you the same builds, but I feel that the above traits set you best up for success, especially if you’re looking to play more like a DeRozan than a James, with more of an outside presence.

There’s good variation here across all key attribute areas: we lose a bit in the way of defensive proficiency and Playmaking, but the build’s explosive pace and shooting/finishing capacity makes it incredibly fun to play.
Finishing and Shooting badges is where we get the most proficiency with this LeBron James build, but we also get some potential in Defense and Rebounding despite the low point attributes.
For finishers, I’ve got with Limitless Range and Spot-Up Precision given LeBron’s proficiency in spotting up his opponents for the mid-to-long range jumper.
The end result is a build with shades of Shawn Marion, DeMar DeRozan, and, of course, LeBron James! That makes for a varied and dynamic point-forward build. There are some challenges in the way of ball handling and passing, and I feel as though there’s some capacity there to adjust the attribute spend and still end up with the same result with similar player shades.
