There’s a lot of hype surrounding Far Cry 6 at the moment, with recent previews and gameplay footage dropping ahead of the game’s October 7 release date. To celebrate its forthcoming release, there’s a very special Xbox Series X Far Cry 6 edition to be won via Microsoft Rewards.
To win, all you have to do is visit the official entry page (select countries only), and submit your entry. Each entry is worth 200 Microsoft Reward points.
In the console bundle you’ll land a customer-made Far Cry 6-themed Xbox Series X, a controller, a copy of Far Cry 6, and a Samsung NEO QLED TV. That’s also alongside a stack of Far Cry 6 merchandise.
It’s open people in the following countries: USA, UK, Canada, Germany, and France. You can enter as many times as you like right up until September 30. Enter via Microsoft Rewards.
Earlier this week, Ubisoft dropped a one-hour hands-on demo of the game to accompany the many different previews floating around the internet this morning, providing our first in-depth look at what may well be the largest Far Cry game yet.
The footage is from the Xbox Series X version of Far Cry 6, and details a number of key changes and features that look to set the game apart from its predecessors.
Notably, the game appears to have a stronger RPG philosophy than more recent Far Cry entries, with enemy health bars enhancing the strategic element of battle during combat.
The Far Cry 6 footage shown in the trailer is also running superbly on Xbox Series X, with the game performing well at 60fps throughout the playthrough. Be sure to check out the video at 1080p and 60fps to see the game in all its true glory.
