AFL fans clamouring for a look at AFL Evolution gameplay won’t have to wait much longer.
Developer Wicked Witch took to Facebook today to announce the game’s release date, and confirmed that a gameplay trailer should arrive ahead of launch on May 5.
“[We] are getting close to finalising the trailer,” the studio said, before telling fans to keep an eye out on its Facebook page.
AFL Evolution will feature 80 teams from across the AFL, VFL, TAC Cup, NAB Under-18s Championships, and International Cup.
Bonus teams will also be featured, such as the Indigenous All Stars.
An all-new Career Mode will allow players to build their own AFL superstar from the ground up, working their way through the TAC Cup and up to elite level.
A player creator is currently live on PC, and can be downloaded via Steam.
AFL Evolution launches on May 5 on Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
