Delta Force Beta now live for Xbox Insiders in select regions

Delta Force, the upcoming free-to-play shooter, has just entered beta testing on Xbox Series X|S, but there’s a catch. Only players in the US, Canada, and Mexico can jump in right now, and only until July 20 at 6 PM PT / 9 PM ET.

For those lucky enough to be in one of those eligible regions, the beta is accessible through the Xbox Insider Hub, Microsoft’s official app for testing early builds. And even better? You don’t need to be a dedicated Xbox Insider to get in.

How to join the Delta Force Beta on Xbox

Joining the Delta Force beta is easy, but you’ll want to jump in quickly: access is limited and first come, first served. Here’s how:

  • Turn on your Xbox Series X|S and sign in.
  • Head to the Xbox Store and install the Xbox Insider Hub app if you haven’t already.
  • Launch the app and go to Previews > Delta Force BETA.
  • Select Join and wait for the registration to complete.
  • You’ll be taken to the Microsoft Store to install the Delta Force Beta.

Once you’re in, the beta will be available until late July 20, giving you just a few days to explore what Delta Force has to offer before the full release. So, yeah, if you’re planning to get a look before the rest of the world, now’s the time.

 A glimpse ahead of launch

Delta Force is officially set to launch on August 19 2025 as a free-to-play title. While full game details are still unraveling, this early beta gives fans a chance to test out its tactics-based gameplay and share feedback before the main event.

The tech test isn’t just about server stress or general polish:it’s a sneak peek. Expect to get a taste of the refined squad combat and large-scale warfare that defines the reimagined Delta Force franchise.

No Insider experience needed

It’s worth repeating: you don’t need to be part of Xbox’s Insider Program to join. Any Xbox player in the US, Canada, or Mexico can get access, so long as the beta hasn’t filled up. Just log in, follow the steps, and you’re in.

This all serves as a soft launch and stress test as developer TiMi Studio prepares for a full-scale global launch come August. If you’re into competitive shooters and don’t want to be left behind, this short window is a great head start.
